1. How do I set up an Account?
To set up your Corporate Account, simply fill out the contact form above, including your name, company name, address, phone number and e-mail address. We will email you your Username and Password and your account will be ready to use.
2. Are there other ways I can place my orders?
Yes - you can also order by phone 1-800-426-3373 (you'll get to speak to a real person!), e-mail to orders@modHRgifts.com or fax 1-800-343-6617.
3. What is my shipping cost?
We offer FREE shipping via U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail to addresses in the United States. Optional UPS 2-Day and Next Day Air shipping is available for an additional cost.
4. How long will it take for my gift to be delivered?
We ship all orders within 3 business days via Priority Mail from our manufacturing facility in Connecticut. Typical delivery is within 5 business days.
5. Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order. You order only as the need arises; each item is customized one at a time, per your specifications.
6. Do you ship to foreign countries?
Currently the countries we can ship to include: Canada, France, Germany, Ireland (Republic of Ireland), United Kingdom, Italy, Mexico, Spain, Netherlands (Holland), Argentina, Dominican Republic, Australia, Chile, Brazil, Cayman Islands. These are listed in a drop-down menu in the Ship-To Address area. For countries not listed, please call to order by phone. There will be a shipping charge for orders shipped outside the United States.
7. What if I make a mistake on an order?
We have a worry-free guarantee. If there is a mistake on an order, please let us know, and we will replace it at no cost.
