1. How do I set up an Account?

   To set up your account, simply fill out the Create Account Form:

  • Account Name (company name, if applicable) 
  • Contact Info (your name) and your email address.  
  • Set your Password, click Create Account, and you're done!

2. What is my shipping cost?

    U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail shipping is included in our prices to addresses in the United States.  Shipping outside the U.S. will be charged per order based on ship to location.  Optional UPS 2-Day and Next Day Air shipping is also available for an additional cost.  You will see available shipping options and costs in your shopping cart when placing your order.

3. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

    We ship all orders within 3 business days via Priority Mail from our manufacturing facility in Connecticut.  Typical delivery is within 5 business days.  You will receive a Shipping Confirmation with a tracking number when your order is shipped, and a Delivery Confirmation when your order is delivered.

4. Do you ship to foreign countries?

    Yes, we can ship to most foreign countries for an additional shipping charge.  Countries are listed in the dropdown menu in the shipping address area. For countries not listed, please call to order by phone: 1-800-426-3373.  There will be a shipping charge for orders shipped outside the United States.

5.  What if I make a mistake on an order?

    We have a worry-free guarantee.  If there is a mistake on an order, we will replace it at no cost.
